CSWD Scores; Suspect in incest rape case pleads guilty
The City Social Welfare and Development Office have recently achieved initial success over an incest-rape case filed against a 39 year-old farmer. Elevent counts of rape have been filed against Danilo Anino who pleaded guilty in the initial inquest proceedings citing dependence to illegal drugs as cause of his criminal act.
“He will rot in prison”, says a neighbor of the suspect who requests anonimity.
According to the complaint filed through the CSWD, the 15 year-old girl had undergone more than ten times of sexual acts commited by her own father over the past few years.
The City PNP team which carried out the arrest of the suspect earlier on had experienced difficulty tracking him. It took them several hours and through unfamiliar rural terrain to serve the arrest to the suspect who was doing farm work in the adjacent barangay of Villaflor.
